How We Help
Suffering from anxiety, depression, burnout, or other related issues? Blocked by an unhelpful habit or phobia, or just generally feeling disconnected from your life and career?
Working 1on1 with you we will help you regain intellectual control over your mind, empowering you to make positive change. Using Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy, we work quickly. A typical engagement may be between 8-12 sessions, sometimes more.
Once you’re back on track, feeling great and in control of your life again, you’ll likely be seeing the world in a whole new, positive way. This can be a great opportunity to continue the positive momentum, take stock of your life and career, and perhaps look to make some positive changes, or indeed find your “Second Curve”. Mindset coach and Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist, Stephen, has a background in the corporate world, with over two decades of experience in senior commercial roles in some of the world's most respected B2B technology companies.
Having worked in high-pressure, fast-moving environments, he has first-hand experience in dealing with mindset challenges. Stephen fully understands the importance of taking proactive ownership of your mental health. He believes that mindset is the key to everything and the foundation of our client work.
Mervin Straughan
Life coach Mervin Straughan has been working with clients since 2007 mostly at the request of their employers who recognise coaching as an investment in their people. His approach helps clients to explore their strengths, talents, and purpose and what they want from life.
Mervin has held senior communications, engagement, and HR leadership roles in a range of sectors. He is a member of the Association for Coaching and author of the pocket self-help guide Imagine Life As Three Bus Journeys.
