We Help Unblock Brilliant Minds

A different approach to mindset coaching

One consistent in life is change. It feels like the pace of change is constantly accelerating, which can be overwhelming.

Navigate The Curve draws upon the concept that with change comes opportunity, and the importance of taking ownership of your life and career before it takes ownership of you.

We believe a healthy mind is the foundation, and should be a natural state for everyone. Our clients typically come to us with issues such as imposter syndrome, burnout, anxiety, phobias, and other stress-related challenges. We focus on solutions, not problems. Using the latest neuroscience, solution-focused brief coaching, CBT, and hypnotherapy, to offer a scientifically proven, bespoke, positive, and forward-looking therapeutic coaching programme, we enable clients to regain conscious control over their minds.

We then help clients reconnect with their values and sense of purpose, ensuring they’re on the correct curve and fully equipped to navigate it.

Our clients are outcome-focused and want to move forward with their lives and careers. We help them to think with clarity, feel more confident and motivated whilst unleashing their creativity, leading to more fulfilling, successful lives and careers. Our approach is fun, relaxing and positive.

Who we help?

We specialise in helping executives, senior decision makers, and entrepreneurs, who are feeling stuck in some way. Perhaps they are experiencing imposter syndrome, burnout, anxiety, depression, confidence issues, or struggling with limiting habits, phobias, or addictions. These issues may manifest in many different symptoms, both mental and physical.

We also help progressive organisations support their employees in addressing and preventing these issues.

“The future is not inevitable. We can influence it, if we know what we want it to be.”

Sometimes life has a way of nudging you towards change, and after experiencing serious family health issues, which led to the premature birth of my son, my focus changed. Inspired by the selfless and incredible teams at Kingston Hospital, and a mentoring session with the incredible Charles Handy OBE, who coined the concept of the “Second Curve”, I was compelled to leave my highly-paid sales career, and follow my passion for helping others develop the confidence to walk their own path, and in turn live more fulfilling, more authentic lives. Indeed you may say this is my “second curve”!

My approach to coaching is personalised and relevant to each client's unique needs and circumstances. I’m passionate about supporting people to make the changes they need to live a more balanced and fulfilling life. I use a combination of NLP, the latest neuroscience, CBT, and trance, helping clients regain control of their mindset. I have a diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, with the Clifton Practise, widely recognised as the gold standard in hypnotherapy in the UK. I was also awarded the Hypnotherapy in Practise Diploma, accredited by the NCFE, and am a member of the NCH and AfSFH.

I strongly believe that to be truly happy we need to define and then navigate our own curves. I believe we already have all the internal resources we need to make positive changes in our lives, but sometimes we just can’t see the wood for the trees! I also believe it's far more empowering to focus on the future and solutions than to dwell on the past.

I created Navigate The Curve to help guide you to regain perspective and clarity of mind, whilst living and working in an ever-changing environment. You’ll be amazed at how richer life becomes!

I am an experienced coach and mentor, and have over two decades of experience in senior commercial roles in some of the world's most respected B2B technology companies.

Having worked in high pressure, fast moving environments, I have first hand experience in dealing with mindset challenges, and fully understand the importance of taking proactive ownership of your mental health. To me, mindset is the key to everything, and the foundation of our client work.

Throughout my life I have been fascinated with psychology and the power of the mind. Growing up as quite a shy, introverted but hugely driven child, I constantly sought out knowledge and techniques to try to improve and develop.

Ironically, I ended up in a world of extroverts, arguably one of the most pressurised and demanding careers; technology sales. I noticed a direct correlation between spending time nurturing my mindset, and the success I had in my professional and private life. However, I became aware that when the pressure was on, I still found myself deprioritising my mindset, going into ``survival mode”, and being driven by anxiety. Obviously, this was counterproductive, but can also be a natural response to pressure.

Having experienced bouts of burnout and imposter syndrome, and seeing countless friends and colleagues suffering from similar issues, I sought out the most effective approaches to address this. Initially, I aimed to support myself, and then friends and colleagues. I realised I had a “bit of a knack for it”, and that I found helping others deeply satisfying.
